Is Apple planning on rolling out its own mobile phone network after all?
When Apple introduced the original iPhone, many people were annoyed that there was only one carrier available in the US. However, Steve Jobs’ original idea was that the phone wouldn’t be on any third party carrier at all, but would be on Apple’s very own mobile network. That never happened, but could it still? Are there still plans in the works for an Apple cell service?
